Parent Intake is an opportunity for us to connect with you, the parents or legal guardians, to gain valuable insights into your child's unique qualities, challenges, and aspirations. This one-on-one session allows us to delve into a comprehensive discussion about your child's academic progress, social dynamics, strengths, and areas that may benefit from additional support. Understanding your child holistically enables us to tailor our approach to their specific needs. By discussing your child's experiences in and out of the classroom, we can identify patterns, discover untapped potential, and address any challenges they may be facing. This collaborative dialogue is fundamental to creating an individualized plan that aligns with both your child's goals and our educational objectives. We recognize that a child's journey is a partnership, and through this collaborative effort, we aim to create a supportive environment that maximizes your child's success. Together, we will collaboratively set specific, achievable goals for your child in our social classes. These goals will serve as a roadmap for their growth and success.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Booking and Payment Policy Thank you for choosing Social Scholars LEP Inc. To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process, please review the following policies: Appointment Booking: Appointments can be booked through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly at (818) 208-9874 or admin@socialscholarsinc.com. All appointments must be booked in advance. Payment: Payment is required in advance to confirm your appointment. Accepted payment methods include credit card, Google Pay, check, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system or in person at our office. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients. This card may be used for future session payments, late cancellations, or no-show charges as outlined below. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. You may cancel or reschedule by contacting our office directly or using the online booking system. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided. The card on file may be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. Non-Refundable Sessions: All sessions are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance. Emergency Situations: In case of a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible arrangements. Changes to Policy: Social Scholars Licensed Educational Psychology Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this policy. Any updates will be communicated in a timely manner.
