Role Overview and Responsibilities
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated clinicians and interventionists to support individual therapy and social-skills groups in person and, where appropriate, via telehealth. The work blends clinical care with educational support and requires strong collaboration, ethical oversight, and consistent documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and intake sessions
- Lead or co-lead structured social-skills sessions
- Provide individual counseling for licensed providers
- Maintain compliant, HIPAA-secure documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and team members
- Hybrid model: in-person Encino office and telehealth
- Saturday availability preferred for short shifts

Based on license, role, experience, and assignment type (groups, individual therapy, associate support, or interventionist roles).
