Cancellation, Re-Schedule, Refund Policy

Social Scholars Licensed Educational Psychology Inc. and its affiliated therapists and support staff are diligent about setting appointments that are convenient to the client and in alignment with best professional practice. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for the client. Social Scholars Licensed Educational Psychology Inc. requires a full 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules of standard weekly sessions. If you choose, for any reason not to attend said sessions or choose to reschedule an appointment without providing 48 hours. advance notice, your full fee will be charged unless this involves a life threatening emergency.
